AnswerNet reached the 39th spot in the global rankings, from 44th in 2005, thanks to a jump in its domestic outbound standings to 26th place from 32nd. AnswerNet’s inbound rank stood steady at 31st. This is the fourth straight year that AnswerNet has made the Top 50. The AnswerNet Network has over 50 contact centers located across the US and Canada. A strong push into the outbound teleservices market in 2005 created the momentum.
