The deal significantly enhances AnswerNet’s telemarketing, customer service and direct response capabilities. It also fully integrates S&D’s operations with AnswerNet’s to provide a seamless suite of services.
The S&D contact center, (now known as AnswerNet-Philadelphia) has 120 workstations, a predictive dialer and an IVR. It currently supports a wide range of applications. As examples, the center is experienced at selling high speed Internet, cable television and digital telephone services.
With AnswerNet-Philadelphia a part of the network, clients now have the option of having their large-scale outbound telemarketing and inbound CRM applications supplied at a single contact center. They can tap additional sites for overflow or disaster backup.
AnswerNet has 54 networked centers across the and . The company handles many programs at multiple locations.
AnswerNet has also appointed a new General Manager, Stephanie Mulreaney, to run the contact center. Stephanie joined S&D in late 2005 and had worked for ICT Group for three years prior to that.
