Arizona call center wins award for the thirteenth time
WILLOW GROVE, Pa. – AnswerNet, the world’s largest telemessaging firm and a full service provider of inbound, outbound and e-bound contact center services, proudly announces its Phoenix, Arizona location has received the Association of TeleServices International’s (ATSI) Award of Excellence for the thirteenth time in fourteen years.
The Award of Excellence was designed as a measure of quality control, recognizing call center companies and their locations for outstanding customer service and overall performance.
The judging process includes six months of intensive testing of call-handling skills such as courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to clients, the cornerstones of the call management industry. If a company scores 80 percent or better in all categories, they are presented with the coveted Award of Excellence.
