Company’s Phoenix, AZ call center wins award for the twelfth time in thirteen years

WILLOW GROVE, Pa. – AnswerNet, the world’s largest telemessaging firm and a full service provider of inbound, outbound and e-bound contact center services, proudly announces its Phoenix, Arizona location has received the Association of TeleServices International’s (ATSI) Award of Excellence, ranking it as one of only five call centers to receive the award twelve times in the past thirteen years.

The Award of Excellence is an international quality assessment of call centers requiring a level of service that considers the caller first in every aspect of the call. Call centers are judged on customer service, response time and accuracy, measuring over 400 data points for each participant. Those acquiring a score of 80 percent or higher receive the Award of Excellence.
