Industry leader expands its services through asset acquisition

Willow Grove, Pa. — The AnswerNet Network, the world’s largest telemessaging firm and a full service provider of inbound, outbound and e-bound outsourced contact center services across the and , proudly announces the addition of Contact America to its network of wholly owned and operated call centers.

The strategic acquisition of assets allows AnswerNet Network to provide more services to the insurance industry. Contact employs licensed insurance agents qualified to sell insurance products in a contact center environment, a unique and historically underserved niche in the industry.

The new AnswerNet Network sites in Victoria, Kansas and Bismarck, North Dakota will retain their current personnel and continue as industry leaders in insurance product telesales for mortgage, credit card and retail clients as well as various outbound services.
