Customer Inter@ction Solutions honors company for sixth consecutive year.
Customer Inter@ction Solutions—a premier publication for the call center, CRM and teleservices industries since 1982—runs its exclusive Top 50 Teleservices Agencies Ranking each year to recognize the top inbound and outbound teleservices agencies, both domestic and international. Eligible companies are evaluated by the total amount of billable teleservices minutes accrued over the course of the previous year.
AnswerNet is no stranger to the Top 50. This is the sixth consecutive year the company has been ranked within the elite list. With literally millions of outbound minutes used for the 2007 year, AnswerNet was able to rank at #28. The new rankings for the Top 50 are published in the March 2008 issue of Customer Inter@ction Solutions magazine.
