AnswerNet Appoints New GMs in Denver, Baltimore

PRINCETON , NJ April 23 –The AnswerNet Network, a leading provider of 24/7 contact center solutions, has appointed two General Managers for its Signius division contact centers.

Joyce Howard now oversees Signius’s Denver ( Aurora ), CO contact center. Joyce, who joined the company in 2005, has over 10 years of contact center industry experience.

Rita W. Mortenson now manages Signius’s Baltimore, MD contact center. She had been operations manager since 2005. She started with the company in 1999.
