AnswerNet Expands Illinois, Florida Contact Centers

PRINCETON, N.J. --The AnswerNet Network, North America’s largest telemessaging firm and a leading contact center services provider, has expanded its Miami, FL and Morton Grove, IL facilities and hired more contact center agents.

AnswerNet boosted the capacity of its Miami contact center, managed by its Signius division, by 40 percent. The added capacity enabled the center to increase its staff by more than 30 percent.

The Miami expansion enables AnswerNet to better serve the growing Spanish-speaking market, as the center now has even more bilingual employees.

AnswerNet more than tripled the number of workstations at their Morton Grove center and doubled the number of staff.
