AnswerNet Wins Top Honors Twice At Conference

Princeton, N.J. June 30—For the ninth time in 10 years, AnswerNet-Phoenix, one of the contact centers within The AnswerNet Network, North America ’s largest telemessaging firm and a leading contact center outsourcer, has won the Award of Excellence, sponsored by the Association of TeleServices International (ATSI).

As well, AnswerNet’s Billings, Mont. contact center won the Award of Excellence for the first time and on its first attempt. The Billings site became part of The AnswerNet Network earlier in June when AnswerNet purchased Airpage/Big Sky Beeper.

ATSI, which represents the telemessaging industry, presented both honors at its annual conference held in Portland, Me. June 21-24, 2006.

ATSI Awards of Excellence candidates must undergo six months of intensive testing by a team of independent, specialized judges contracted by the association to evaluate message services. Contact centers are judged on their courtesy, response time, accuracy and overall service to their clients.

In addition, The AnswerNet Network has an internal independently-juried Awards of Excellence program. This past year, the Phoenix site took top honors, and was recognized at AnswerNet’s annual National Meeting this past April. AnswerNet makes it a top priority to carefully select, train and monitor its contact center agents.

“To win the Award of Excellence once is quite an achievement; to win nine times is nothing short of astounding,” said The AnswerNet Network President and CEO Gary A. Pudles. “It shows the depth of professionalism our employees exhibit when serving our clients’ customers. The success of our Montana team also shows that the newest member of the AnswerNet family is equally as dedicated as our other contact centers to quality performance. We are all in good company.”
